An array of attachments can be mounted on the main drive by a means of flange coupling system for operation like:-
Horizontal Drive Type
The Horizontal main drive, CPMHD GMP Model 220V AC, which is completely maintenance free, has 1 HP 0.75 KW, three phase AC motor. The motor rpm can be controlled with AC variable drive to adjust the speed steplessly from 0 to 400 rpm. The process time is auto controlled through timer relays. The various attachments can be quickly attached & interchanged to the main drive unit. A separate power supply socket is also provided for the attachments requiring heating.
Vertical Drive Type
The vertical drive unit, completely maintenance free, is equipped with 1 HP, 0.75 KW, 230/415 V motor. The motor is controlled with DC thyristor drive for speed adjustable from 10 to 400 rpm in case DC, displayed on electronic rpm meter. The process time is auto controlled through timer relays. The various attachments can be quickly attached & interchanged to the main drive unit. A separate power supply socket is also provided for the attachments requiring heating.
