Planetary Mixer

This mixer is designed to be used as a mixing for pastes ointments & creams. It can also be used for wet powders. This mixer is provided with a mixing paddle and Teflon scrapper, which is shaped in such manner so that there is minimum clearance with the mixing kettle. The kettle is also easily removable.

Planetary Mixer Vacuum Jacketed

An ideal mixer for creams, ointments, pastes, and liquids, but also for wetted powders. The sturdily constructed planetary gear can be equipped with various mixing and kneading attachments, made of stainless steel. Depending upon type of the material to be processed, a dough arm, a mixing paddle. Any material, which sticks to the walls of the kettle, is scraped continuously by the Teflon scrapper, which is shaped to fit exactly the kettle wall. Therefore, homogeneous mixing results in the shortest time. The vacuum planetary mixer is suitable to attach on Both Main Drive.

Universal Gearing

The universal gearing is a basic requirement for our different attachment like the Coating Pan, Polishing Drum, Pelletizer, Cube Mixer, etc. The Universal Gearing required when the operating angles for the above attachments have to be changed. The unit offers an adjustment of the angle of operation from 0 to 75 degrees. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Sieve Shaker

This operates on the reciprocating cam principle. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted by changing the speed of the drive unit. The shaker can be fitted with various sieve sets according to customer's requirements. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Coating Pan with Drying

The Coating Pan with drying can be mounted on Motor Drive unit via universal gearing type, which permits coating pan to be held at any angle up to 45 degree with reduction in speed. For drying the coated tablets infrared drying attachments with adjustable height is provided. The coating pan with drying is suitable for screwing on all main drives.

Cube - Mixer

The cube Mixer is a based on a movement, which through its tumbling effect produces in the shortest possible time a homogeneous mixture. The product to be mixed is treated very gently. The cube Mixer can be attached to the universal gearing. The housing is manufactured from stainless steel. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Polishing Drum

The polishing drum consists of felt lined inside of a metal drum for polishing coated tablets. The bottom of the drum is also lined with felt. The polishing drum fits with the Universal Gearing exactly like the coating pan and the cube mixer. The top cover, which locks quickly in to place with closures.

The cover is fitted with acrylic sheet, which help the observation of the polishing process while the machine is running. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Ball Mill (std.)

This Ball Mill is a very sturdy attachment and mainly used for grinding crystalline materials and for the mixing of dry materials. The Ball Mill consists of the transmission drive, stand of the Ball Mill and the Ball Mill it self. The jar is stainless steel and contains balls, which vary in diameter for 30 to 40 mm. The jar rests on two spindles. One of which is driven spindle. The jar and balls can be sterilized in a water bath. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Peletizer

The unit is equipped with a tilting and locking device, which is easy to operate. This permits adjustment of the infinitely variable setting of the pan angle, over its whole range. For the cleaning of the sides as well as the bottom of the pan an adjustable scraper is provided. Parts coming in to contact with the material to be processed are made of polished stainless steel. The material to be processed is fed manually, or with a metering device, if a continues is required. The tilted palletizing pan, which rotates in a clockwise direction, is tilted to our motor drive. The material is brought to practically the highest point of the pan and then rolls down in the even scrim, to the lower half of the pan.

Mini Ball Mill

The Mini Ball Mill is suitable to attach with Universal Gearing. This is suitable for preparing small samples for analysis or for grinding or mixing small quantities of power substances. The Mini ball Mill utilizes 15 mm diameter steel balls and has a total capacity of 0.5 liters. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Homogeniser

This unit is suitable for mixing of different types of liquids like oil in water & water in oil construction up to 30 kgs. /hour. A piston pump produces homogenization. Materials may be fed to pump from a hopper, having capacity of 1.5 ltr.

By the forward & backward movement of the piston Homognisation takes place. A vaccume is created during the backstroke of the piston, which sucks the liquid back.During the forward movement of the piston, the liquid is pushed against the tip of the nozzle.

Adjustment of Nozzle determines the fineness of the homognisation.

Lab Kneder

Inside of the through two z- shaped stirrers rotate towards each other at different speed.

The special shape of the stirrers and the speed differential at which they operate shorten substantially the required mixing time. Stirrers and trough are made of stainless steel. The unit had a capacity of 3 to 4 kg. The through can be delivered with a double jacket for cooling or heating with water. The trough is closed with cover made of acrylic so that the kneading operation can be watched. The trough can be tilted for emptying or cleaning. Wet Granulator

This machine is equipped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacturer wet granulates of various granule sizes. Sieves are easily exchangeable. Rotor, sieve and all parts coming in to contact with the material are constructed of stainless steel. Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve each of 1.0 and 1.6 mm mesh size.

The capacity of the machine depends of the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 25-30 kg per hour. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Powder Mixer [ Ribbon Mixer ]

The power mixer having horizontal half round bowl open on upper side with acrylic cover and specially designed mixing blade having two stages both right and left hand ribbon type mixing blades.

The left and right hand spiral with upper and lower blade is rotated to circulate the material to be mixed. The half round bowl and spiral mixing blade made out of stainless steel having bowl capacity of 5 kg. And operational capacity of 3.5 kg.[approx]. Within few minutes, it can be empty by tilting.

Agitator

Agitator is used for stirring, agitating and beating. All kind of liquids, emulsions, suspension and similar mixtures. Tiring action duplicates manual stirring motions. The total capacity of the kettle is 5 Liters.

The working capacity approx. 3-3.5 Kg.The kettles and stirring arm are made of stainless steel.

Semi Autometic Dosing Filling for Liquid

Silent features of this machine are accurate dosing, drip free filling, fast disassembly of the pump and valves for easy cleaning. The Dosing Filler fills and dispenses all liquids with two pumps and valves made from stainless steel. It can be adjustable by 25 to 150 ml. If filling quantities of 150-250 are required, both pumps work on one common filling needle. Filling Needles are made of stainless steel and can be supplied for any container to be filled. Different sizes of dozing pump can be supplied.

Semi Autometic Dosing Filling for Ointments

A silent feature of this attachment is easy adjustment, quick removal of the pump and Charging Hopper for cleaning. The Machine is suitable to fill drip free and accurately, ointments, creams, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic emulsion, toothpaste, oil paints, jam, ketchup, and similar products in to tubes, jars, bottles, plastic containers etc.,The capacity of this attachments between 1000 and 1200 fills per hour.

Triple Roller Mill

This machine is used in the preparation of ointments, salves, dough and similar products. The hourly production is from 2 Kgs. To 15 kgs.depanding upon the constituency of the material. Three hard stainless still roller, which are 110 mm long, and 50 mm diameter produce the Rolling action.

Two outer rollers are spring supported to eliminate the possibility of damage to the rollers or to the operating mechanisem.space between roller is regulated by turning one thumbscrew.

This attachment is suitable for counting and filling tablets and capsules in to bottles tins and poly bags etc. change over one set of change parts to another and from one object shape to another can be done by any one in a few minutes. All parts coming in to contact with the object are either made of stainless steel, anodize Aluminum, or Fiber Hylam for instant counting disc.
